I had breakfast at West Side Café this morning.
This place is a homestyle cooking restaurant very popular with the west Fort Worth locals. I've had breakfast here a lot, but I normally would get the biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs etc. A couple weeks ago, I ordered their breakfast burrito and I've been hooked since.
The burrito was huge. It took up the whole plate. The flour tortilla was not tough or chewy nor dry. It was perfect. The breakfast burrito was filled with eggs, cheese, sausage, ham, bacon, and hash browns. This is basically a farmers breakfast rolled up into a tortilla.
The best part was the side of salsa. Yummy. I asked for a second cup it was so good. They must make it there because it was so fresh. Lots of onion and cilantro with a hint of possibly chili powder. Other than the potential heart attack, I couldn't find a down side to this burrito.
